DuckTales To Launch On Disney XD Channel In 2017
The gang, Scrooge McDuck, grandnephews Huey, Dewey, Louie, Uncle Donald Duck are back with Webby Vanderquack!

The American animated television series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation aired from 1987 to 1990 that was based on the Uncle Scrooge and other Duck universe comic books by Carl Barks.
This photo’s release comes as Disney prepares to present its brands – Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD – at the annual Upfronts.
Just to get you in the mood for its return, here’s a brief reminder of the oh-so-catchy theme song… With adventure and hi-jinks aplenty, it would seem that the comic misadventures of the classic DuckTales will once more be on offer with this brand new series. For that matter how much time, if any, has passed since the original adventures?
The new DuckTales was first announced in February of 2015 in a statement by Marc Buhaj, Senior Vice President and Programming and General Manager for Disney XD, published by Oh My Disney. The network hopes to bring “the same energy and adventurous spirit” to the new generation.

The show still has enough fans that references to it are culturally ubiquitous when it comes to afternoon cartoons. It is expected to premiere in 2017.
