Banned driver allowed to be in car
A lorry driver has been allowed to stay in car even he was banned from driving for 14 months. The magistrate has ordered that he can stay in his vehicle but not drive.

Actually, the driver, Egidijus Sakalauska, 24, from Poland was caught by UK police for drink drive. He was also fined £300 for this guilt. Spokesman from police department said that this man was arrested for drink drive few days back and he was then banned for 14 months. Police spokesman added that the driver had taken 54mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath and the limit is about 34mg.

But Sakalauska requested to magistrate for allowing to live in his car because he is homeless. Magistrate then replied that he can live, but can’t drive.
