Katy Perry and John Mayer have called it quits yet again.

Katy and John’s recent reconciliation seemed much more promising than their previous relationships, and it looked like John Mayer was finally ready to settle down and be a semi-decent boyfriend.
Sources proceeded to allege Mayer and Perry found their way back into each other’s arms in April and totally hooked up after the MET Gala in May. Getty The reunion didn’t last long Since then things between the twosome have been going well, with John attending the Super Bowl in February to cheer his girlfriend on.
They recently spent Fourth of July weekend together and it’s not evident if this split is for good this time. The couple reportedly broke up due to insecurities and trust issues.
Perry and Mayer started dating back in 2009.
Katy was reportedly having trust issues while John couldn’t handle the lack of attention she was giving him. An inside source even explained to Radar Online what caused the yo-yo couple to split.
Katy Perry will be in Lima, Peru, on September 27 for her Prismatic World Tour. She just released her new fragrance Mad Potion, and on Wednesday, July 22, Perry performed at a magic show to promote her latest fragrance.
