10 things to know about daylight saving time
Many people believe that this whole procedure of changing time, moving it forward and then backward takes a toll on their health. Daylight saving time for most of the country begins officially at 2 a.m. Sunday, suddenly and magically becoming 3 a.m. Dr. Charles Czeisler, chief of sleep medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, said many people are not going to be able to get to bed too early.
