He pleaded guilty on November 19 to charges of child pornography and traveling for illicit paid sex with minors.
His associate Russell Taylor is now serving 27 years in a federal prison for producing child pornography. Taylor used to run a foundation that was started by Fogle, according to the New York Daily News.
The lawsuit states that Taylor installed several hidden cameras in clock radios which were set up to film minors changing and bathing.
Taylor, according to the lawsuit, distributed “sexually explicit images of Jane Doe and videos of Jane Doe and other minor children to Jared Fogle”.
The lawsuit alleges invasion of privacy, emotional distress, negligent supervision and negligence.
Fogle suffered from bruising on his face, neck abrasions and a bloody nose, People reported.
Fogle, who admitted to receiving and viewing Taylor’s illegal videos in a plea deal for his own child porn charges, “failed to act or otherwise prevent action from occurring in the future and instead encouraged and solicited such activities to continue”, Doe stated in her suit.

The parents filed the lawsuit on the juvenile girl’s behalf. The government had ironed out a plea deal involving about 12 years, but the trial judge chose to sentence him for about 15 years. The former Subway pitchman was beaten up in the yard at Colorado’s Englewood Prison on January 29th.
