Jennifer Lawrence As Mystique For X-Men: Apocalypse
“Together, we will cleanse the earth”, Apocalypse growls, and judging by the scenes of worldwide chaos in the trailer-set to Clairity’s cover of Coldplay’s “Don’t Panic”-the Horseman’s idea of “cleaning up” involves lots of decimated buildings and collapsing bridges”.

Does the world need the X-Men?
A new X-Men: Apocalypse trailer has arrive to remind us all that there is another superhero film coming this summer and it is as chock full of superheroes as anything else you’ll see this summer.
Make sure you check out X-Men: Apocalypse when it hits theaters May 27! Though the title heroes of Marvel have faced many mutant and human threats before, they have never faced one as powerful as the world’s first mutant, Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac).
James McAvoy’s Charles Xavier might have an entire school of mutants as his army, but Apocalypse still could be more than they can handle. At the same time, it introduces new versions of several characters we know and love including Cyclops, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler (Kodi Smit-McPhee), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), and Angel (Ben Hardy). But he’ll likely have to do it without the talents of Jennifer Lawrence and Hugh Jackman, seeing as they won’t be returning after this film – well after The Wolverine 3 for Jackman. But “Apocalypse” is staring down an inevitability: Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence’s contracts are up, and while Magneto and Professor X may re-up, it’s pretty clear the world’s highest-paid female movie star is moving on. Perhaps it’s fitting that this film is the one that deals with a literal apocalypse. “X-Men: First Class” was set during the Cuban Missile Crisis, and “X-Men: Days of Future Past” moved to the ’70s.
