It’s been quite a week for PlayStation VR. So if you already own a PlayStation camera and move controllers you can hold off for now. And while you don’t technically need Move controllers for every PSVR game, scrimping on them means missing out on some of the system’s most compelling virtual reality experiences.
Turns out, interest in the Move controllers and Camera following the announcement makes a whole lot of sense, given that Sony just announced that those items are necessary to use the Playstation VR headset on the majority of its compatible games.
With over 230 developers and publishers working on PS VR software titles, you can be sure that the PlayStation VR has plenty of potential right from the get go. Sony says quantities will be limited, though the company also mentions it will start accepting another wave of pre-orders in the summer. We’ll update this story if/when the bundle is made available in Europe.

The price of the PlayStation 4 VR solution is still lower than that of both the Oculus Rift, which is being offered starting this month, and the Vive created by HTC and Valve, which is coming starting in April.
