Henry Cavill Proves No One Knows He’s Superman In Times Square

He posted the video proof to his Instagram account with the caption, “Dear Doubter, The glasses are good enough”. In the video we can see him stroll through New York City’s most crowded area, Time Square, without being noticed by the people.

Wearing the Man Of Steel embossed top, the Hollywood hunk struck a pose in New York’s Times Square while giant billboards of the upcoming Batman V Superman film stretched up to the heavens all around him.

Even if the excitement for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is high for plenty of fans, I think we can all agree that the marketing campaign has left something to be desired.

He even sits brazenly at an outdoor cafe, while hundreds of passer-by hurry past oblivious to the mega-star – despite his face being plastered on the walls of buildings around them. “Regards, Superman.” He follows it up with #WhoWillWin and #Superman. There is even a picture of the actor inside a Starbucks and yet it would seem that no one recognized him.

Dawn of Justice is a $250 million movie already facing some scrutiny after less-than-stellar trailers, and to top it off, no one recognizes the guy playing Superman?
