LSU’s Ben Simmons Is Declaring For The NBA Draft, Surprising No One

Ben Simmons, the Australian-born talent that had an up-and-down season for the Louisiana State University Tigers told ESPN late Sunday night that he will be hiring an agent and entering the 2016 NBA Draft.

Unfortunately for Jones and fans of LSU, that future was never likely to include their most talented player, Ben Simmons, and now it’s official. Despite that, the phenomenal freshman averaged 19.2 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game during his lone season at LSU.
