Republican presidential candidate Ohio Gov. John Kasich speaks at his presidential primary election night rally in Berea, Ohio, on Tuesday.
“I will not take the low road to the highest office in the land”, Mr Kasich said. Kasich was declared victor in OH, but has not won another state so far. Marco Rubio from the race.
