Clinton to attack Trump on Israel neutrality at AIPAC
“Hillary Clinton won 31 percent, picking up four delegates”.

Trump plans to detail his plans for a peace deal in remarks before the group tonight. His insecurities are on parade: “petty bullying, attacks on women, cheap racism, flagrant narcissism”.
“We think from now on out, we are having states that, everything being equal, we stand a chance to do well in”.
Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, did miserably with the Americans living overseas who voted in the primary.
“If it is the case that Republican elites start to recognize that he is the likely nominee, some of them will want to accommodate themselves to him more than others”, said John Fortier with the Bipartisan Policy Center. According to The Washington Post, this was a hint at the gap between Sanders’ rhetoric and his limited success at passing related legislation, says the same source.
Clinton now has a lead of more than 300 pledged delegates over Sanders from the primaries and caucuses: 1,147-830. Senator Bernie Sanders managed to secure just one state, but after the big loss his campaign has suffered massive wounds.
Clinton, a former secretary of state in the Obama administration, has a large lead in the race for the Democratic nomination. But he said that while “we know we’ve got a hill to climb”, he was pleased his campaign was able to accumulate more delegates and he had a strategy to take his campaign to the summer convention in Philadelphia. A victory in his home state primary Tuesday gave Kasich’s campaign new life and he hit the campaign trail in Pennsylvania with the aim of contrasting the Trump campaign with a more positive vision he is offering voters. “Some things aren’t negotiable, and anyone who doesn’t understand that has no business being our president”, said Clinton. “As a negotiator, I can not do that as well if I’m taking sides”, he said.
She also said that democratic traditions were endangered in both the USA and Israel, but while citing Donald Trump’s anti-Muslim and Hispanic statements as evidence of such a worrying trend here, she had nothing to say about anti-Palestinian bigotry in Israel.
In her speech, Clinton, who received a standing ovation from the group, also affirmed her commitment to Israel’s security, which she dubbed “nonnegotiable”, and to highlight her decades of work in the region.
In February, Trump said he would be “neutral” in the conflict between Israel and Palestine, prompting outcry from Israeli allies and conservative hawks.
While the U.S.is officially neutral, Trump’s position is a departure from his party’s typical rhetoric stressing support for Israel.

Clinton went on to address threat from Israel’s regional rival Iran, who has aggravated tensions with recent reports that it test fired ballistic missiles bearing the Hebrew-language inscription “Israel needs to be wiped off face of the earth”.
