The police officials of Amsterdam came up with a brilliant idea by paying bottles of beer and cigarettes for cleaning the streets of Dutch City.
In a talk they said that this idea would help the society to control the anti-social behavior on the streets. They added that, the people who are homeless and alcoholic are given 5 canes of beers, 2 in the morning, 2 at lunch time and 1 in the evening – in return alcoholic people have to help in making the streets clean.

I think that this idea would also decrease the no. of burglary activities.
