Ted Cruz Criticized After Suggesting Law Enforcement Patrol Muslim Areas
Donald Trump and his main challenger for the Republican presidential nomination, Ted Cruz, have escalated their bitter feud, taking to social media to clash over two unlikely figures: their wives.

In an interview with ITV’s Good Morning Britain, he said there was “unrest” in the United Kingdom and insisted “thousands and thousands” of Britons backed his controversial comments about Muslims.
The line from the wannabe American president is strikingly similar to a line delivered by Michael Douglas playing the president: “You want a character debate, Bob? They are your most valued asset in this fight against radicalization”. We send a message to those that might be inspired by them to say “you are not going to change our values of liberty and openness and the respect of all people”. Cruz won all 40 delegates in the Utah caucuses on Tuesday, as he chases Republican front-runner Donald Trump, who won big in the Arizona primary on Tuesday. “That’s not a smart strategy”, Obama said, using an alternative name for the Islamic State group. “There’s no more important item on my agenda than going after them and defeating them”.
Obama said, “Any approach that would single them (Muslims) out or target them for discrimination is not only wrong and un-American, but it also would be counterproductive because it would reduce the strength, the antibodies that we have to resist terrorism”. His opponent Sen. Ted Cruz responded with a call for local authorities to “patrol and secure” Muslim neighborhoods.
Donald Trump has been accusing Ted Cruz campaign of promoting an ad showing a near-naked model photo of the billionaire’s wife Melania.
The Texas senator continued to hit Trump Wednesday afternoon, telling reporters in NY that Trump’s statements were “gutter politics”.
“One thing we know that does not work is offensive, inflammatory rhetoric that demonizes all Muslims”, she added. Many said the remarks were part of a disturbing trend: For months, the Islamic extremist attacks in Paris and San Bernardino, and the intensifying rhetoric of the presidential campaign, have ratcheted up animosity against American Muslims.
“If there is harassment involved and we’re being marginalized because we’re Muslim isn’t fair”, said Khan. “We need national security resources directed there”. The surveillance, he said, makes Muslims feel like they are being watched and they dont feel free. This is what you call a free country? But at least they won’t leave this country isolated in a war against fanaticism.

At some point, the Republican party needs to go all in against Trump, or accept the fact that this is the new face of the Republican party, and write-off women, gays, blacks, Latinos, Muslims, and young people forever.
