The KN-11 is being developed along with a missile-firing sub along North Korea’s east coast, which is in violation of UN Security Council resolutions.
On Wednesday, Pyongyang had focused its ire on South Korea’s Park, saying its artillery units stood ready to turn her office into a “sea of flames and ashes”. The South Korean military is closely monitoring the situation and is maintaining full readiness, the statement added.
The test was monitored by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, the Xinhua news agency said on Thursday, citing North Korea’s Central News Agency (KCNA).
On Friday, the South reported that the North had tested two medium-range missiles, one of which also fell into the Sea of Japan.

According to officials at trading firms involved in China-North Korea commerce, China’s maritime affairs authority has demanded that the operators of North Korean freighters stranded outside the six ports resubmit documents that are required for a port entry application. “If the decision is made to deploy it, that system would be oriented on North Korea and threats posed by the North Korean military”.
After his remarks, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un expressed disappointment and refused to hold meetings with the Mongolian president. The now reluctant United States is wary of China, who is North’s only ally and wouldn’t like to see the U.S. or a US-backed regime change.
Over the past 18 months at least 10 Chinese people have been killed by North Koreans – mostly soldiers – attempting robberies in border towns north of Dandong, according to Chinese officials and state-controlled media reports. North Korea has a history of photo manipulation, and there was no way to verify the authenticity of the photos.

The U.N. Security Council granted the removal of the sanctions after China assured that the vessels would not employ North Korean crews. He was also photographed at a test of a metal shield that would reportedly be used to protect nuclear warheads from the heat of reentry into the atmosphere after launch through space on a ballistic missile.
