Madonna has apparently been ordered to remove “no parking signs” from the public vehicle space outside her New York City home by city officials.
CBS confirms that the DOT visited Madonna’s residence yesterday.
The neighbor questioned a man guarding three SUVs parked in the spaces about where the signs came from, and who put them up, and he reportedly said that “We know the right people“.
We reached out to Madonna’s people…so far no word back.
It seems like from now on Madonna is going to have to hunt for street parking like the rest of the plebeians. The NYC Department of Transportation says that citizens putting up tenant parking only and no parking signs is illegal.

While a parking spot is a hot commodity in New York City, the signs are not legal. For bad measure, they painted the curb yellow.
