An underage victim of former Subway pitchman and convicted pedophile Jared Fogle has filed a federal lawsuit claiming she had been secretly videotaped changing clothes and bathing. He said he had also received child pornography “produced by the one-time head of his anti-obesity charity, Russell Taylor”, who is also serving time in another prison.

As reported by TMZ, Fogle was allegedly jumped January 29 at Englewood Prison in Colorado. As a result of the beating, Fogle ended up with a bloody nose, swollen face and scratches on his neck.
According to the incident report, Nigg assaulted Fogle in a recreation yard by pushing him down, then hitting him in the face with with a “closed fist”.
Fogle’s attorney declined to comment when reached by HuffPost.
Nigg’s nephew said his uncle was sent to federal prison in 2010 after he sold possessions from his father’s estate, including antique guns.
“When Jared arrived, he started hiring other inmates to stand next to him and stand guard”, Jimmy Nigg said his uncle told him. On top of this, Fogle was sentenced to 15.6 years in prison, will have to register as a sex offender and will have to have his digital devices monitored.
Fogle was sentenced to 15 years in December.
The report explained that Fogle pleaded guilty to one count each of distributing and receiving child porn and traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a child.
His associate Russell Taylor is now serving 27 years in a federal prison for producing child pornography.

According to the Arizona Department of Corrections website, Nigg was admitted in March 1977, when he was in his early 20s, on a 30-year-sentence for a crime spree that included multiple armed robberies, though details on his specific convictions were not immediately available.
