Easter 2016: Where to hunt for Easter eggs in Western Massachusetts
►Fellowship United Methodist Church is hosting Easter Egg-stravaganza from noon-2 p.m. Saturday. Pancake breakfast follows at the Lions Club Hall, 4121 Shasta Dam Blvd., Shasta Lake and is free but donations accepted.

Egg hunters are separated into two groups: infant through preschool age, and kindergarten through fifth grade. With everything from balls, cars, dolls, sidewalk chalk, stuffed animals and more, there were items to appeal to both boys and girls of a wide age group. Thousands of eggs are waiting to be found!
All of the children at the egg hunt are visually impaired.
An egg hunt is set for Saturday, March 26, 10 a.m., at the ball park. Participants will be split into three categories – ages 3 and under; ages 4-6; and ages 10-12.
The free event also will include children’s face painting and entertainment. Kids finding the “special” eggs will receive Easter Gift Baskets.
On Sunday, both the Hilton Garden Inn and Gateway Hotel &Conference Center will host an Easter brunch. The Easter egg hunt with preschool and elementary courses will begin at 11 a.m. This event is for children up to age 12. There was a picture for the children to color in with paint, a paper bag and other supplies to transform the bag into a rabbit and different types of paper to make Easter cards with. The public is invited.
South Lyon Medical Center’s Long Term Care will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 1 to 13 at 10 a.m. Saturday on the Long Term Care Activity Patio. The Allen Murphy family will sponsor the hunt. The Easter Bunny will be present.
Kenny Seals welcomed the families to the Annual Don Tyler Memorial Easter Egg Hunt.

Aubie and the Easter Bunny are joining forces for an “eggcellent” community-wide event to celebrate Easter. Those who want to “Paint the Egg” may do so in the paintball field for a fee of $5. Allergy-free candy will be available.
