Cruz on Trump attacks: Leave Heidi alone
“I think the retweet speaks for itself”, said Donald Trump’s senior policy adviser, Stephen Miller, about the candidate’s posting of an unflattering photo of Heidi Cruz, juxtaposed against his own supermodel spouse. He accused Trump and “his henchmen” of spreading untrue rumors on social media and in a supermarket tabloid that Cruz cheated on his wife, Heidi. It started when a third-party group ran ads against Trump showing his wife Melania in a seductive photo shoot.

A new bombshell report from the “National Enquirer” (who just endorsed Donald Trump), claims that Ted Cruz allegedly cheated on his wife, Heidi Cruz, not once, but multiple times. “Sweetheart, I love you with every ounce in my heart”, he said.
The publisher of The National Enquirer is close friends with Donald Trump.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz vehemently denied a National Enquirer story that made waves on Twitter today – calling rumors that he’s been unfaithful to his wife “complete and utter lies”. According to its source, identified as a “Washington insider”, “private detectives are digging into at least five affairs Ted Cruz supposedly had”, and “the leaked details are an attempt to destroy what’s left of his White House campaign”.
Speaking in Wisconsin, Cruz angrily addressed Trump through the media pack assembled to cover his event.
In a Twitter war, Trump threatened to “spill the beans” on Heidi Cruz after a pro-Cruz superPAC mocked Melania Trump first lady potential in an ad that featured a fashion shot of the former model nude on a fur rug.
“Her entire career has been spent working against everything Ted Cruz says that he stands for”, she added.
Cruz said he had nothing to do with the ad and called Trump a “coward” for threatening Heidi.
“Donald does seem to have an issue with women”, Cruz said. Trump’s campaign manager saying this about Senator Cruz. The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment, but Trump posted an Instagram video that showed former Republican presidential candidates Carly Fiorina and Graham expressing doubts about Cruz earlier in the campaign.
Last August, Trump said he cut ties with Stone, saying he wanted to surround himself with “only the best people”.
Lamenting that “this day was about which Republican could appear more macho defending the virtue of his wife”, Pelley introduced national correspondent Chip Reid’s report by admitting that Reid “didn’t find much virtue in any of it”.
Trump has a substantial lead in the delegate chase for the Republican nomination.

His childish antics are making it increasingly more hard for the anti-Trump Republicans who might reluctantly vote for him if he wins the GOP nomination.
