Trevor Noah Rips ‘Sanctimonious Jackass’ Cruz for Going After Obama on Brussels
“His campaign is based on xenophobia, race baiting, religious bigotry, bringing out the worst in us”, he said.

“If Donald Trump carries the banner of my party, I think it taints conservatism for generations to come”, Graham said.
Noah started the interview by asking Graham about his endorsement of Cruz, before he played a clip of the senator badmouthing the presidential candidate.
“Unfortunately, there are always those who use these times to score political points”, Noah said, referring to Ted Cruz’s criticism of President Obama, who addressed the attacks while at a baseball game in Cuba with Raul Castro. “If Trump wins, your days are numbered, pal”.
“I’m on the Ted train, absolutely”, Graham told host Trevor Noah, grinning and seemingly aware of his own bullshit.
“This is the most pressure I’ve ever had”, Graham joked.
“It’s like being shot or poisoned: What does it really matter?” he said earlier this year. Whenever one of them missed a shot, they had to compliment Donald Trump by picking a card taped under the table. “Young, black, liberal guy from Africa is not going to work with him”.
“I’m saying my party is completely screwed up for the moment”, he added. “My advice, Republicans: Get a convention room, take ahold of Trump’s tiny little hand, and then, when the time is right, put on some Fox News and chill”.
Graham initially endorsed former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, before finally settling on Cruz after Bush exited the race last month. “He was my 15th choice”.

Graham said he supports Cruz because “he’d be competitive in the general election”.
