According to police reports cited by the Houston Chronicle, Panzica, 27, was killed at 5 a.m. Saturday inside the auto of Mistie Bozant, his fiancée, after leaving Vivid, a strip club where she works as a dancer.

Witnesses said they saw the suspects exit the vehicle, pull Panzica’s body from the auto and left him in the roadway before demanding his fiancee to get out of the vehicle. Watts and Jones were eventually caught in Concho County. Law enforcement recognized the suspect’s vehicle and after a chase were able to make two arrests.

This undated Clark County Detention Center booking photo released by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, shows Chloe Scordianos, 21, of Hicksville, New York. They have been charged with capital murder.

The two were caught on camera by fellow passengers and were charged with the felony crime of committing intercourse acts in public. As he drove, Watts allegedly told Panzica he needed to “come clean” before shooting him several times.

Panzica and his fiancee climbed into a black Kia with the would-be shooters sitting in the backseat, KTRK reports. The men then pointed the gun at the fiancée and told her to get out or she would get hurt as well, police told KPRC-TV. “We’re golden!” Panzica told WTVR at the time.

Bozant reportedly broke up with Panzica after the incident became worldwide news. The man admitted to the charges saying he had casual sex with a 21-year-old woman he met after having had an argument with the woman he was supposed to marry that same day.
