Giuliani calls Hillary ‘founding memeber of ISIS’
“Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS”, the former NY mayor said on The O’Reilly Factor during a discussion of the Obama administration and terrorism.

But Giuliani said it’s such politicking that makes her a poor choice for president.
Asked to elaborated, he added: ‘By being part of an administration that withdrew from Iraq. By being part of an administration that let [former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki] run Iraq into the ground… By not intervening in Syria at the proper time.
Giuliani said he was “embarrassed” that President Barack Obama stayed in Cuba and not come back to Washington following the deadly terror attacks in Brussels that left more than 30 dead and 200 wounded.
Critics have also pointed to Clinton’s advocacy for the toppling of Libya’s Qaddafi regime (leading to a failed state) and leadership during the attack on the American consulate at Benghazi as further evidence that her choices at crucial moments have been shown wanting.
Rudy Giuliani has not yet endorsed a GOP candidate for president, though many believe that an endorsement for Donald Trump is well on its way… well, probably.
She was critical of the proposed policy by Republican candidate Ted Cruz to patrol areas with heavy muslim populations, calling it “wrong” and “counterproductive” to treat Muslims “like criminals”.

Addressing the ISIS threat specifically, Guiliani contended that, unlike Clinton, Cruz and Trump understand the nature of the threat and would “take the war to ISIS”.
It was the latest attack by Giuliani on the Obama administration.
