Another embarrassing news for Samsung, in which they have to pay an additional $290 million to Apple. Samsung has already paid $600 million to Apple for the case of infringing Apple patent.

This legal skirmish between Apple and Samsung is increasing day by day. Actually, Apple has asked a fine of $380 million again for another infringement of Apple patents, but the court has decreased it to $290. But on the other hand Samsung was assuming to pay $52 million as fine.

Samsung will obviously be appealing to the court to reduce the amount further and Apple will try to get it raised, so this thing is far from over.
