Paul Walker’s Daughter Meadow Gets $10.1 Million In Crash Settlement!

A lawyer for actor Paul Walker’s daughter confirmed Thursday that the estate of the man killed along with her father in a 2013 Porsche crash in Santa Clarita agreed to pay the teen a $10.1 million settlement.

TMZ wrote that it was not clear if the estate would pay the bulk of the settlement to Meadow Walker, 17, or Rodas’s insurance company. Her lawyer said that Rodas took “partial responsibility” for the crash, but Porchse should assume the rest.

She will reportedly be awarded around $7million, while Attorney Jeff Milam will receive $3 million.

Rodas’ lawsuit also alleged the Carrera GT’s lack of a roll cage and fuel cell also contributed to her husband and Walker’s deaths, claims Gutierrez also found were without merit.

The court determined that though Rodas wasn’t “directing the auto through any particularly unsafe maneuvers when it went out of control”, he was “nevertheless…responsibly, in part, for the accident”.

Late actor Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow has struck a deal with the estate of the driver of the vehicle in which her father died.

However, a judge ruled earlier this week that there isn’t enough evidence to prove that the vehicle company is responsible for the death of the Fast & Furious star.

Milam said Willow will “continue to fight to hold Porsche accountable for selling a defective product that kills”.

It’s been alleged that Walker was still alive after the crash, trapped inside the Carrera GT, and then burned alive.

The fatal crash of Paul Walker and Roger Rodas in November 2013 has led to a fair number of lawsuits filed against Porsche, with the recent one being filed by Roger Rodas’ wife.
