Rossi recently filed a “criminal threats” report against Sheen and received a “temporary restraining order” against the actor. “This piece of sh– needs to be f–ing buried”.

Earlier this month, Ross was granted an emergency protection order against her ex. Sheen is reported to have said that he would have Ross’ “head kicked in”.
The actor has been mostly out of work since his FX series, “Anger Management”, was canceled in December 2014. Ross stated that Sheen made threats to “put a hit on her former boyfriend”, which Ross understood to mean Sheen wanted to hire someone to kill her former boyfriend. In fact, he claims she assaulted him.
Sheen’s admittedly raucous lifestyle, substance abuse, stints in rehab and fondness for dating porn stars have overshadowed for years the career of the former TV star of “Two and a Half Men”.

Ross’s lawyer, David Ring, told USA Today that his client didn’t make the tape, and that she takes the threats “extremely seriously because she knows him and knows his personality and behavior”. She accepted, and their relationship soon turned romantic.
During his appearance, Sheen said he had told all sexual partners of his status beforehand. “He said he was going to pay someone $20,000 to kill her. Lots of people might say, ‘That’s just Charlie being Charlie, ‘ but we’ve lived through O.J”. Sheen allegedly forced Rossi to abort her baby due to the possible transmission of the disease.
He added: “I look forward to the LAPD looking into the audiotape and once and for all exonerating Charlie Sheen in yet another attempt at extortion”. Sheen also denies this as a “complete fabrication”.
Sheen and Rossi’s story reads like an X-rated thriller.
This came to light when Radar Online issued a report, detailing how the publication had been served a subpoena from Los Angeles police, in the hope of obtaining a 35-minute audio recording from its New York City office.
