Richard Shotwell/Richard Shotwell/Invision/AP Rob Schneider arrives on the LA Premiere of “Joe Dirt 2: pretty Loser.’ The actors mansion was robbed”.
The Deuce Bigalow star and his wife were out when burglars ransacked their Encino home, but they reportedly stole a treasure trove of items, including expensive jewellery and rare baseball cards from Schneider’s coveted collection. While the diamond ring and watch were expensive items, the most expensive was the extremely rare rookie card.
Rob was out at Montreal’s Comedy Film Festival that night, while his wife Patricia and daughter MIranda had gone out to grab a bite to eat in LA.
But the criminals did not get to the Hot Chick star’s main collection, which was carefully hidden away. Two other Willie Mays cards were also snatched; one from 1953 and the other from 1971.
The former “Saturday Night Live” cast member is an avid collector of valuable old baseball cards. Reported by Wonderwall, the 1951 rookie card is so rare that the burglars will have a hard time selling it. If the card turns up somewhere, it will likely be traced back to the break-in at the actor’s home.
Many valuables were stolen from Rob Schneider’s Los Angeles home this past weekend.

“My favorite Saturday Night Live memory was this sketch I did with Adam [Sandler] and Kirstie Alley”, Schneider recalled. I just remember thinking, Wow, we’re murdering.
