The body of junior doctor and former Southampton University student, Rose Polge, has been found in the sea off the Dorset coast.

Her vehicle was found parked at Anstey’s Cove, near Torquay, Devon, and more than 100 people were involved in the massive search, including her boyfriend and members of her family.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the body has not yet been formally identified, but Dr Polge’s family have been informed.
Her father, Dr Mark Polge, is a GP at Royston’s Roysia Surgery, while her brother, Sam, is an orthoptist at Addenbrooke’s.
A hoodie believed to belong to Polge was found washed up near Ansteys Cove, a local beauty spot in Torquay.
A statement on the Rose Polge community Facebook page has paid tribute to the “beautiful and talented” young Torbay Hospital doctor.
Rose’s disappearance was described as “out of character” by those who knew her well.
The junior doctor was reported to have been under a lot of strain because of her “long working hours” and had recently shared a link online to a petition supporting industrial action by junior doctors over Mr Hunt’s proposed contract changes.
Friends of Dr Polge joined the search for her as it emerged that she left a note to loved ones before she disappeared. This followed the discovery of her vehicle in the same location.

A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said of the letter at the time: “We would not speculate on any contents of any note”.
