“It was a fun time, huh?” asks the judge.

“Yes, but this is insane”, Glenn said, then a bit glumly. Glazer said.

He was facing a fraud charge in Georgia and had been arrested after getting off the Carnival Breeze cruise ship in Florida.

Glazer: “Me too. Isn’t that cool?”

On July 2, Glazer had an unexpected reunion with Arthur Booth, a well-liked former classmate of hers who she used to play football with as a child.

“Sometimes it happens that way”, said Glazer.

“That’s what I don’t understand ’cause, ma’am, I had a case in Georgia where I was released on the third”, the man said.

A Miami-Dade bond court judge has a knack for recognizing defendants – this time it was a passenger who recently partied on the same cruise ship as her. Glenn asked after breaking into a smile. “I mean, if he wanted to flee, he could have fled in what was it, Saint Maarten’s, Saint Kitts?”

“Oh, my goodness”, said Booth, as he covered his mouth in shock.

WPLG reports Just weeks after gaining national attention for presiding over a former middle school classmate’s bond court hearing, Glazer once again came face-to-face with a familiar person from her past on Monday. Still, the judge appeared to side with his request, reasoning that if he had wanted to flee he could have while on the cruise.

Booth broke down in tears after Glazer recalled him being “the nicest kid in middle school”.

She then got on with the business of the court, saying: “I’m sorry you have to go through this, sir”.

As he continued to cry, Glazer delivered a message she hopes will turn his life around. “Good luck to you sir, I hope you’re able to come out of this OK and just lead a lawful life”.
