Missouri certifies wins for Trump, Clinton in close primary
A whopping 69 percent of Americans have an unfavorable view of Republican leader Donald Trump, and just 26 percent have a favorable opinion. With weeks left, candidates sadly seem to be arguing less over the issues than the intricacies of each state’s nomination process.

Sanders’ popularity stands in contrast to the rest of the remaining candidates.
Geographically, Clinton is ahead of Sanders in New York City (58 percent to 39 percent) and in the suburbs (61 percent to 36 percent), but Sanders holds a one-point lead in Upstate New York (49 percent to 48 percent). Along the campaign trail – and in a town hall forum in Fairfield on Friday – Kasich has touted himself as a more moderate choice who is palatable to a wider array of voters. Still another quarter would feel at best neutral if both are nominated. Should Clinton capture the nomination, she will have to unite the party behind her candidacy – a challenge that could be made more hard if she targets him with tough attacks. Trump often wins states with a plurality of the vote, but never with an outright majority.
“He frequently says, ‘Well you know I represent Vermont”. “Everybody is on the take”. Tamblyn said Clinton has the experience to face any of the country’s problems “and I really, really feel passionate about how she fights for the underdogs and always has”. Donald Trump is an idiot. Of course, the fact that Senator Bernie Sanders has been making the same argument for the entire election cycle didn’t register in this segment. To Bertsch, the Republican and Democratic competitors look like this: “The Democrats want to spend my money”.
Democratic presidential candidate Sen.
“We are going out and we are hitting the doors”, said Symone Sanders, who is no relation, at his Gowanus campaign office on Saturday. That puts a premium on strategy and means heavily Democratic districts might actually be most important to candidates because fewer Republican residents means fewer votes are needed to secure a victory. It’s what insiders call the “ground game”.
“In the general election, it’s an air war”, said former Republican strategist Rich Galen, author of a political blog.
Two people who won’t be voting for Donald Trump in NY are his own children. But, as with most issues addressed in the AP-GfK poll, the numbers for Trump are even worse. More than 1,000 Sanders supporters have said on Facebook that they plan to protest outside Pishevar’s home during the fundraiser.
Holder was there to support Sanders, who received 155 of the votes cast (or 61.5 percent).
At packed arenas, Sanders devotes a significant portion of his campaign speeches to his policy differences with Clinton – a list that includes her support from super PACs, her speeches on Wall Street and ties to fracking. His alternate candidate for Republicans? Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is in California, but his wife will campaign in Melville. Young Asian, Latino and African-American voters in a number of states have preferred Sanders over Clinton.
Sanders trails Hillary Clinton by about 700 delegates, 1,756 to 1,068, according to USA Today’s delegate tracker. It has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
