“Crosseyed Heart” will be released on September 18th, with Keith Richards sharing the video for lead track “Trouble”.
The single will appear on Crosseyed Heart, Richards’ first solo album in a staggering 23 years.
The doc was produced by Radical Media (What Happened, Miss Simone?) and Tremolo Productions and draws upon new and old music, rare archival material as well as new interviews. Tom Waits makes an appearance. At this moment later in his life, Keith Richards is serious and reflective on his singular and spectacular journey.
“Directed by Morgan Neville (“20 Feet From Stardom“), the clip was filmed at Germano Studios in New York City, where much of the album was recorded”. Joining producers Neville, Justin Wilkes and Jane Rose on Under the Influence are Emmy-nominated cinematographer Igor Martinovic and editor Joshua L. Pearson.

The news comes as Netflix continues to expand its global reach – the service is in more than 50 countries – and bolster its library of originals at breakneck speed. Members can play, pause and resume watching, all without commercials or commitments. Tremolo has been nominated for three other Grammys for the music films: Respect Yourself: The Stax Records Story, Muddy Waters Can’t Be Satisfied and Johnny Cash’s America.
