George R.R. Martin really liked “Ant-Man”, but in the author’s opinion, the film had one big problem that it shares with nearly all of the Marvel movies: The villain. First, Lola VFX didn’t want any anti-aging makeup on Douglas, and second, it wanted a younger actor to stand in to see how more youthful skin looks on the set. Also, being a super-hero film, the antagonist is too generic and inconsequential to register. Tre’ana, age 11, adds, The technology is so transparent that it is truly believable. Mind = blown! Rudd and team are not taking his Earth-saving abilities seriously and neither should you.

A well-written film with an intriguing concept, Marvel’s “Ant-Man” both touched moviegoers’ hearts and tickled their amusing bone. He offers Lang a chance at redemption – Pym and his estranged daughter Hope come together to train Lang, help him interact with various kinds of ants that Pym has already trained and throw a punch.
Speaking of the story, beyond becoming Ant-Man Lang must also stop Darren Cross, a former intern of Pym, from selling a suit with similar powers to an evil corporation planning to build an army of ant-men to fight battles around the world. Nothing seems to go well and he even loses his right to meet his daughter. Things take a turn when the world is not the only thing that needs saving. There’s little to complain about the film, aside from the 3D – so if you’re in the mood for a good time at the cinema make sure you see the film in 2D only. He was a modern-day Robin Hood, stealing millions from a millionaire crook and returning it to the ordinary people to whom it rightfully belonged. However, he still finds it hard to make ends meet.
Our hero, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), is getting out of prison.
The movie is uplifting and amusing in so many ways.
When someone does something slightly different with a genre as codified and hidebound as the superhero film, it’s tempting to overrate the achievement. Paul has now opened up about working with Michael, revealing how he had a prank planned for Douglas, where he wanted to recreate that infamous scene from Sharon Stone in the movie Basic Instinct. Adults will enjoy this as well.

Before filming, Marvel gave Lola VFX notice about the Ant-Man prologue, so the company had a few rules for shooting the scene with Douglas. Lola specializes in visual cosmetics and their resumé includes X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, so Ant-Man wasn’t their first rodeo. If this is a sign of what moviegoers can expect from the studio’s long-awaited “phase three” slate of films, then I think it’s safe to say fans have nothing to worry about.
