Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski will not be prosecuted
Palm Beach County State Attorney David Aronberg has decided not to prosecute Trump sidekick Corey Lewandowski for his run-in with a reporter at a March press conference, Politico reported Wednesday.

“A former reporter for Breitbart, Michelle Fields, sought charges against Lewandowski after an incident in March where she said Lewandowski pulled her away from Trump as she was trying to ask him a question”.
Corey Lewandowski was arrested in Florida last month after police received a complaint he intentionally grabbed and bruised the arm of Michelle Fields at an event.
Lewandowski and his attorney, Scott Richardson, could not be reached for comment.
When Lewandowski was charged, Trump gave unequivocal backing to his top staffer, saying he had no intention of dropping him from the campaign. “I ask that he put him in my shoes and imagine he was my daughter”, Fields said previously. If reports true, guess they made a decision to leak to reporters first.
While videotapes showed that Lewandowski touched Fields, local defense attorneys said it would be unusual for prosecutors to press charges without proof of an intent to harm.
According to Politico, Fields might still pursue a defamation case against Lewandowski.
Fields tweeted Wednesday: “Prosecutor’s office told me they would inform me of decision tomorrow”.
Lewandowski remains campaign manager, but it’s unclear whether he retains control over the Trump operation after veteran Republican operative Paul Manafort was recently appointed convention manager. ‘She’s grabbing me and asking questions.
