The Prime Minister arrived to address the convocation of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, formally inaugurate a 250-bedded super specialty state-of-the-art hospital and address a public rally. The Shrine Board has an agreement with Narayana Hrudayalaya Pvt.

Referring to the Sports Complex, he said that sports is extremely important to build sportsman spirit in society. He also stressed on the role yoga plays in preventive healthcare.
The Governor was informed that the arrangements are being given the final touch for the Prime Minister’s visit, an official spokesman said.
This state of the art facility developed by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has a capacity of 230-bed. The hospital has been recently constructed at a cost of Rs 300 crore. He also recalled the former Chief Minister of the State, Shri Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
