Jorge Mendes holding up Di Maria-PSG deal
Manchester United and Paris Saint Germain are believed to be in advanced negotiations over a deal to take winger Angel Di Maria to France, but The Guardian is reporting that Laurent Blanc’s side have offered just €40m (£28.5m) for his services. There can be no waves.

The 27-year-old could prove to be an able replacement for Angel Di Maria.
“This is an elite footballer, who will play with the same intensity in front of twenty people or a hundred thousand!”
As Angel di Maria looking to complete a move to PSG it could be the flawless timing to sign the 27-year-old.
After seeing his side defeat European champions Barcelona in impressive style to maintain their 100 per cent record, it is fair to say that Louis van Gaal will be feeling fairly pleased with progress this summer. “I think that it will happen in the coming days”.
By all accounts, it looks like Di Maria does not want to be at United and is pushing for a move. The Cultural differences between Britain and the likes of Argentina are vast and can make it harder for the player to settle.
In fact, Di Maria earned only one start over United’s final 10 matches of the 2014-15 season. This is a trap United need to be wary about falling into again, neither Falcao or Di Maria have been a success in their time at the club and maybe it’s now time to recruit players from elsewhere.

Having stumbled at the quarterfinal stage in the last three seasons, PSG hope Di Maria can push them beyond the last eight of next season’s Champions League, and Zidane, 43, told media the former Real Madrid and Benfica will provide a major boost. This wouldn’t represent too big a loss on a player who sealed his own fate by choosing not to board the flight to America and has been anonymous for the majority of his sole season at the club.
