Facebook does not have such a feature, or at least until now where according to a report from The Verge, the social network is apparently testing out a similar concept as you can see in the screenshot above.

LinkedIn skills are often used as a joke, with users sending each other humorous skills to see if they will be listed on their profiles. The profile owner must approve any tags that friends add before they are shown to others.
Also, the user’s friends will be able to add tags by going to the users profile and tag them using words or phrases that describe the users or what they do. The company confirmed they are testing the new feature to help users highlight their strong points.

Facebook will now take a few cues from LinkedIn. It also appears to be limited to New Zealand, although we can’t be sure if Facebook is trialling it out in other countries, but for now New Zealand seems to be the test market. Facebook is bringing the same feature to its platform, but making it a little personal. These tags are available in a free form which means that there is no character limit and users can add in emojis as well.
If you don’t like a tag, then you don’t have to approve it. Or you can just leave it hanging and its presence will remain your secret – only you and the tagger will see it until you decisively refuse it.

It is unclear if Facebook will roll it out as a permanent feature.
