RNC chief warns Trump supporters and opponents
Trump’s new message opens him up to questions about his authenticity, and Republican rival Ted Cruz seized on the remarks in a radio interview late Thursday.

“That’s where there’s the greatest prospect for danger”, said Craig Dunn, a delegate who supports John Kasich. According to the survey conducted by Capitol Weekly/Sextant Strategies, 15 percent of Republicans said they remain undecided.
“He gets it”, Manafort said of Trump’s need to moderate his personality.
In a story April 21 about a presentation made by Donald Trump’s chief lieutenants at an RNC meeting in Florida, The Associated Press reported erroneously that Trump aide Paul Manafort said, “You’ll see a real different guy”.
“So to show you how honorable the people in the room were, they taped these conversations, they didn’t tell anybody, probably illegal, I wonder if it’s illegal, maybe they have to go to jail, but they taped it, which is fine because what he said is flawless”.
Twenty-four percent believed someone not now running will become the nominee, and only 22 percent said Cruz will be the nominee.
Clinton’s comments about bullying also nod to the fact that should she win the nomination and run against Donald Trump, the current Republican front-runner, both Democrats and Republicans alike feel the contest could be historically dirty.
The last time top Republicans huddled for their quarterly meeting, the presidential field was still overcrowded and delegate scoreboard was tied at zero.
Potential delegates have been gathering for almost two months to put their names in the pool to be one of Florida’s delegates.
“Now I know in this room, some of us did not get our first choice of candidate”, said Day.
The danger for Team Trump is that their core supporters will decide that the candidate is lying to them, just like nearly every other politician. “The negatives are going to come down, the image is going to change, but Clinton is still going to be Crooked Hillary”.
Cruz lashed out at Trump’s “support of grown men using women’s restrooms”.
At a campaign event in Pennsylvania on Thursday, Trump said he is not sure if he is ready to start acting more “presidential”. Trump himself has said repeatedly that he will act in a more professional way should he become president.
Which is notable because this may be the first time in history that anyone has ever accused Donald Trump of being PC.

Priebus and other party leaders have argued that any rules change would leave grassroots voters suspicious that leaders were trying to help a particular candidate. “I have to finish that, OK?” he said.
