We’ve Nearly Closed Gender Pay Gap

“Today, for every $1 earned by men, our female employees in the US earn 99.8 cents at the same job title and level”, Microsoft’s Executive Vice President of human resources Kathleen Hogan wrote in a Thursday blog post in honor of Equal Pay Day, a public awareness event meant to illustrate the gap between men’s and women’s wages.
