Man pays prostitute with primate named Gooey
A woman working in Eugene, Oregon as a prostitute was given an exotic tip after a recent sexual transaction: a Galago primate named Gooey. A police investigation revealed he had used the girl scout money and the primate to pay a prostitute.

EPD officials reported that on March 1 and March 6 investigators received information of burglaries at the Zany Zoo Pet Store.
An Oregon man is accused of tipping a prostitute with an exotic primate swiped from his own pet store along with stolen Girl Scout cookie money and a laptop computer.
Detectives say they interviewed McClain and learned that he paid a prostitute for sex on March 1 using money and donations at his store, the Zany Zoo Pet Store.
It may be better that we don’t know what he did with the laptop.
McClain was subsequently interviewed by Eugene Police, who say he was on meth then as well.
McClain was arrested after he was observed exiting an adult porn shop apparently under the influence of methamphetamines, according to the press release from the Eugene Police Department today.
“We’re talking about one person”, said Eugene Police Detective Rick Lowe. She told police her shop was out $7,000 plus the primate, valued at $2,500, he said. Galagos are also known as “bush babies” and are native to Africa.
As for Gooey, police say he is doing well and is safe at a nearby animal sanctuary.

Once police brought the allegations against McClain, his wife started removing his name from business records and pet store banking accounts, the statement said.
