Prince was last seen by an acquaintance who dropped him off at his estate in Chanhassen, southwest of Minneapolis, Wednesday night.
There was no evidence of trauma on Prince’s body when he was found unresponsive at his Minnesota compound, authorities in the United States have said.
Deputies say Prince’s family and representatives are cooperating in the investigation. “I’m good, ‘” Freed said, adding that Prince told the crowd: “Just wait a few days before saying your prayers”.
An autopsy was completed earlier Friday, though preliminary findings weren’t immediately released, and the final medical report is expected to take weeks to complete.

The music superstar was pronounced dead at his Paisley Park estate near Minneapolis on Thursday.
Following Prince’s health emergency on 15 April (16), his publicist claimed the singer had been briefly hospitalised and treated for the flu and was released to continue his recovery at home.
Olson would not divulge what, if anything, was found or removed from the compound in the investigation, but he said there was no reason to believe it was a suicide.
Olson declined to say whether any items were recovered from the home by police, citing the ongoing investigation. Ever since, purple has been associated with Prince (he painted his rented house purple in 2006), so it is very fitting that Google has chosen to honor him in this way.

Olson said normal protocol includes gathering surveillance video and a thorough search of the scene, including a search warrant, which he said will be filed “in the next week or so”.
