Kenseth cut a right front tire and hit the wall to bring out the caution, while Hamlin sustained right front damage after hitting another auto on pit road. And we just kept working on it. And there’s nothing more that I could have gotten out of the vehicle.

“We didn’t have any trouble, and really it’s just a testament to everybody at the shop and our whole team”.
TIRED OF BAD LUCK: Kenseth, a four-time Bristol victor, was dominating the early stages of the race when he had a flat tire and hit the wall. His efforts were finally put out of their misery when he hit the wall on lap 260 and headed to the garage.
Carl Edwards led the field to the green flag for the 500 lap race, and was able to keep his nose out front for a majority of the event. He finished only 258 laps en route to a 38th-place finish.
“It was a great race for us”, said Edwards.
“And I’m not just saying this because he won this race, but he’s already like a brother”.
It’s not too hard to figure out which player on this team is the most even keeled and where the team philosophy starts.
California-native Matt DiBenedetto finished a career-high sixth, just ahead of Kevin Harvick, who led once for 13 laps and came home seventh.
