PAX East: New Map Added To Friday The 13th Game
The rather unsettling below video, debuted at PAX East 2016, highlights a new death animation that occurs when a player is successfully hunted down by antagonist Jason Voorhees, showing the horror villain crushing the skull of his victim by repeatedly slamming a door on her head.

The second new video, which you can see below, gave fans a look at the game’s stealth mechanic, with players hiding in spots around Crystal Lake. The first is a quick overlook of the Higgins Haven map followed by a Jason door kill of an innocent female counselor who unfortunately chose the wrong door to exit.
As well as announcing the new map the developers also showcased another of Jason’s gory executions.
“We won’t say exactly what his abilities are, but he can sense fear”, he said. Maybe if you zoom in more, your fear goes down.
Friday the 13th: The Game will be a multiplayer title, in which one team of teenagers must run from an invincible and player-controlled Jason.
The official Friday the 13th game hype train keeps on rollin’, as the game has met its Kickstarter goals and is on track for its eventual release, and there’s a brand new trailer showing off one of the several ways Jason can deliver a swift and merciless death.

In one example, Wes Keltner, co-creator and designer for the game, explained that the game makers wanted to include the iconic sleeping bag kill.
