OnePlus 3 has already been leaked to feature 6GB of RAM, and now the latest details shows that the upcoming smartphone will have one specification detail not present in OnePlus 2, the Snapdragon 810 powered device. The flagship is dubbed the Rain Rain and carries the model number A3000, but the variant is the one you’ll want to take note of as it could have something under the hood that most flagships lack.

The benchmark listing suggests that both the variants would run Android Marshmallow 6.0.1.

The highly anticipated OnePlus 3 just leaked again, this time with NFC connectivity and a hefty 6 GB of RAM in tow.

The rear camera is predicted to be a 16-megapixel rear lens with auxiliary settings like optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, and a dual-LED flash. According to benchmark listing, the OnePlus “Rain” A3000 scores 2266 in single core test while scores 5012 in multi-core test. The OnePlus 3 bearing code name, Rain, now has two variants listed at Geekbench – A3000 and A3003, respectively. Hence, speculations suggest that the “Rain Rain” model with 6GB of RAM would be advanced version of “Rain”.

This information is far from certain right now, but hopefully we won’t have to wait too long on word from OnePlus itself. Since OnePlus One and OnePlus 2 have 5.5-inch screens, the OnePlus 3 is also likely to sport a 5.5-inch screen and also feature 6GB of RAM. The display is smaller than its predecessor’s 5.5-inch size, while the system-on-chip is believed to be partnered with internal storage of either 32GB or 64GB, expandable via a memory card slot.
