Clinton, Sanders hold dueling rallies in Philadelphia on primary eve
The statement that epitomized Hillary Clinton’s message during her Get Out the Vote event in Philadelphia on Monday came about 20 minutes before the frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination took her stage.

Of course, Ms. Clinton leads in the five states that will be voting on Tuesday, so her pledged delegate count will probably increase to a point too high for Mr. Sanders to overcome.
Sanders, in Hartford, “Let me take a moment to talk about some of the differences between Secretary Clinton and myself”.
Clinton, on the other hand, has vocalized her support for immigration reform, including expanding President Obama’s amnesty programs.
“The fact is, I don’t have unlimited resources”, Kasich said Tuesday on NBC’s “Today”, downplaying the collaboration as the logical step if he is to win the nomination in a contested convention. “Bernie! Bernie!”, Vermont senator Bernie Sanders declined to answer the question of whether the person with the most delegates and votes should be the Democratic presidential nominee.
In a hypothetical head-to-head contest among likely voters, Democrat Hillary Clinton trounces Donald Trump, 61 percent to 25 percent – a 36-point margin.
“The Trump people chose to endorse me”, McClure wrote, “not because of a promise I made, but because I told them whoever wins the popular vote in the 5th will get my vote until hell freezes over”.
Democrats are competing for 384 delegates in Tuesday’s contests, while Republicans have 172 up for grabs.
The New York real estate mogul needs to win his neighboring state.
“I think what’s striking about this is, when we look at among the young voters who view Bernie Sanders very favorably, Clinton actually has 80 percent of that vote”, John Della Volpe, the director of the Harvard Institute of Politics poll, told reporters in a conference call Monday.
Donald Trump said Wednesday that women who undergo abortions should face “some form of punishment” if the procedure were outlawed. A super PAC supporting the senator from Texas also said it would continue to air an anti-Kasich ad in the state – a sign the Cruz camp fears Kasich could still peel away enough support to sink Cruz’s chances there. Their only hope is to block him and force a contested national convention in July, with no candidate arriving with a majority. Maryland has a total of 38 delegates.
Sen. Sanders has the right to stay in the race for as long as he wants.
Sen. Sanders: “I think we do have a path to victory”. The thinking is that both candidates will split the delegates nearly evenly. “I’m very excited about what’s going to happen tomorrow”, Kasich said Monday in Philadelphia.
If those delegates hold to their informal promises, Trump could win most of Pennsylvania’s votes on the first round in Cleveland, said Charles Gerow, a conservative strategist also running to be a Pennsylvania delegate.

Such collusion would be illegal in many industries, the Republican presidential front-runner said, but it’s illustrative of “everything that is wrong in Washington and our political system”. Clinton rallied about 800 people in the City Hall courtyard urging them not just to vote, but to urge all of their friends to go to the polls Tuesday.
