Hazard keen to kick on after Bournemouth brace

Eden Hazard says Chelsea’s players would rather see Leicester City win the Premier League than rivals Tottenham. I am happy for the team performance and for my individual performance.

“We are very pleased with the performance, especially second half”, Hiddink said.

“The first half was a very open game”.

“When you come back properly you’ll be back well, and he showed that today”.

“When he is fully fit, physically and mentally, he’s one of the best. When you have a good balance in the team they can execute what they’re good at”.

It has been a frustrating one for both player and club but his brace hints that he can return to the level that made him the division’s best player last season. I hope for the future I will be back. I don’t know exactly how many but he has some more years to go.

“I don’t want Spurs to win it and, for what they’ve done through the season, I would love Leicester to win the Premier League”.

Fabregas’ flick round the corner carved space for fit-again Hazard, and he drilled home from 20 yards (meters).

Martin Keown has told BBC programme Match of the Day, which was broadcast on 24th April, that Tottenham Hotspur players might question exactly where Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has been this season, after hearing his controversial comments about the title race.

On Fàbregas, Hiddink said: “He has this very quick vision”.

Chelsea broke away through Diego Costa and the striker picked out Fabregas, who slipped in Pedro down the right side of the penalty area. When he is a little bit in an advanced position he does not have to do the defensive work so much and he can concentrate a little bit more on his speciality. We played a team that are very good in building up.

Villa, falling out of the English Premier League for the first time since 1987, were booed by their own fans on entering the pitch, and jeered after just three minutes because of ongoing woeful defending. The Spaniard played another spectacular through ball for Willian, who then chipped the ball over the fast-arriving Boruc to finish his fifth goal of the campaign. Whilst Chelsea may not be involved they can certainly have a huge impact on who gets their hands on the Premier League in a few weeks time.
