The President and First Lady Michelle Obama were at the home of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at their lavish Kensington palace apartment for an informal dinner, which also included Prince Harry. The 2-year-old was granted an extension on his bedtime to meet the world leader and he did so wearing his pajamas and a bath robe, ready to hit the hay moments after performing his royal duties.

Photos also show the young prince riding on a rocking horse, a gift from the USA first family when George was born. The toy dog is modelled after a Portuguese water dog, the same breed as the White House dog, Bo.
The Obamas swung by Kensington Palace, where they met the tiny future heir to the throne, for Friday dinner during their three-day stay in London. It was casual dress all round as the men forwent ties for the occasion – the five-some posed outside before heading inside for a meal. Prince Harry visited Washington in October, where he was hosted by the President and the First Lady and he will be with the First Lady next month when they are in Orlando for Prince Harry’s Invictus Games for veterans.
