Baltimore police told reporters at the scene they shot the suspect after he walked out of the station.

Once the man was in the lobby, he reportedly demanded to deliver a flash drive, and warned that he had a bomb and would otherwise blow up the building.
The incident came as fire crews responded to a blaze set in a vehicle in the station’s auto park.
WBAL reporter Jayne Miller said on Twitter that the suspect, who appeared to be wearing a costume, was shot by police but was seen moving. He was dressed oddly: in what appeared to be a full-body animal jumpsuit and boots, Apostolides said.
The news director Mike Tomko spoke to the man, who was also wearing a surgical mask and sunglasses, according to a Facebook post by the station. The guard reported the device contained video of the man talking about space and the government before he managed to call 911, according to the Baltimore Sun.
“He still poses a significant public safety threat”, police commissioner Kevin Davis said.
“I told him, ‘I can’t let you in, you’re going to have to leave the flash drive here and slide it through the opening.’ He wouldn’t do that”.

WBFF, also known as Fox 45, has been evacuated and there are no reports of injuries to employees. “Apparently he had made some threats before”, he said. All employees were said to be safe and accounted for. The man is still inside the building, Griffith reported.
