Dallas Drafts in RB Ezekiel Elliot Round 1
And while Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott nearly certainly won’t be picked first, he was the only thing the Internet was talking about as players hit the red carpet.

The Cowboys started the night with nine draft picks in the 2016 NFL Draft.
Nobody’s entrance will top the former Ohio State standout’s. Probably enough to move Elliott up a slot or two for teams on the fence about taking him in the top 10. “I’m proud to be a part of this prestigious organization”.
Ezekiel Elliott is well-known for wearing a crop top jersey on the field, but his decision to apply that same look to his National Football League draft suit was a bit more surprising. Regardless of Ramsey’s potential, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones appears to prefer Elliott, as reported by Bleacher Report.
Working with AT&T, the Cowboys’ technologically advanced system allows the franchise to effectively and efficiently compare players for the draft.
In light of their less than impressive season, the Dallas Cowboys recently unveiled their plans for an updated war room in their new headquarters, The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco.
“I like a little midriff showing”, Elliott told CBS Sports in 2015. I’ve got so many questions!
Elliott joins a crowded Dallas backfield that includes Darren McFadden, Lance Dunbar and recent free-agent pickup Alfred Morris.
But executive vice president of personnel Stephen Jones says the franchise applied some logic. With that said, Ramsey’s boost to the secondary would help the team’s overall defense. “They got to get this kid right now”.
And the Cowboys also see something special in Elliott. “He is the one person that will protect Tony Romo, since we’re all anxious about that”.

The Cowboys now head into the final day of the draft without having addressed their two biggest needs at defensive end and cornerback.
