Google Calendar continues to bring new features to the table to make it even easier to use and also make it easier for you to schedule your busy days. You need to check every attendee’s schedule and find a coherent free spot for the required duration. If there is any meeting time where everyone can attend it will display it along with other meeting times suggestions that may have certain people left out. Find Time will suggest the best possible time for a meeting – after considering the availability and usual meeting schedule of the user you want to invite. This Apps for Work update should make it easier for people to find times for meetings on the go. Now, Google Calendar can find time for any meeting you want to schedule. However, TechCrunch says that Google confirmed the move to it and will be rolling out the change globally over the next 2 weeks across all app categories.

Google Analytics updated app is now available for Android devices on Google Play Store and for iOS devices, it can be downloaded from Apple App Store. It automatically analyses the meetings, which are conflicting with the present one, and also takes the initiative to reschedule them in order to accommodate the current one.
Some were quick enough to turn on the option, and they have reported the opening of a new Play Store app which however closes after running a short tutorial.
Last year, for example, it began assigning content ratings and “family star” badges to kid-appropriate apps and games, as well as vetting apps through a manual review process.
Some other companies that offer e-mail and calendar apps support similar features.
In the Google Play app on Android phones and tablets, a line of text will read “Contains ads” just beneath an ad- supported app’s green install button.

The feature is useful when it comes to business/school meetings, and I’d like to see it extended throughout the Google ecosystem.
