Sanders and Clinton Campaign Funds are Now Tied
While Biden has not endorsed either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nominee, he has not been shy about talking about the state of the race and the two candidates.

The May 3 primary will be crucial for both parties’ candidates, as IN offers 83 Democratic and 57 Republican delegates, more than any other primary next month.
Vermont Senator Sanders received 42.1 percent – clearly a letdown for a campaign which had predicted a strong showing.
Monmouth also polled the GOP race, with Trump holding a 28-point lead over Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich.
Just over $75 million was raised by Sanders through December 31, 2015, which was significantly less than the more than $115 million that Hillary Clinton raised through the same amount of time, according to a report by the FEC.
Donald Trump unsurprisingly won NY by a landslide. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) came in last with 18 percent.
The first reason he should stay in is that he still has a chance at winning the pledged delegates.
Ninety-five pledged delegates will be at stake in Maryland’s Tuesday primary.
And what’s worse, he lost to former New York Senator Hillary Clinton, who only adopted the state as her “home” before getting elected there.
And, sitting on the horizon is Pennsylvania with its whopping 71 delegates – a state where he holds a solid lead in the polls. Almost three-quarters of Democratic voters think the party’s nominee will eventually be Clinton.
While she did not respond to Trump’s latest “crooked” characterization of her, Clinton slammed the real estate billionaire for his views on Muslims, immigrants and women.
“He said she’s not qualified to be President”.
New York Democrats were slightly more likely to see Clinton than Sanders as most inspiring.
The campaign’s average contribution is $26.20, suggesting that Sanders’ message and platform has made more people buy-in. Trump has said that Cruz’s harvest of delegates in Colorado, where rankand-file Republicans did not vote or caucus, showed that the party’s nominating process is “rigged”.

In that case, convention delegates will vote for the candidate they are bound to on the first ballot, but then are free to vote for whom they wish on subsequent ballots. The Sanders campaign has been dropping hints left and right that they aren’t going to contest Clinton’s nomination at the convention.
