Dean Saunders has urged Jurgen Klopp to start Daniel Sturridge in Liverpool’s return leg against Villarreal at Anfield on Thursday night.

“I went too immediately”, said the charismatic German, responding to criticism of the 26-year old and his apparent disinterest in the Reds dedicated support.
