Chelsea And Tottenham Brawl After Final Whistle
Spurs were shown nine yellow cards, the most by a single team in a match in Premier League history.

Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele could be in hot water with the FA after appearing to gouge the eye of Chelsea striker Diego Costa during this evening’s Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.
The moment was missed by referee Mark Clattenburg who was busy trying to calm a situation that saw numerous players from both sides become involved in heated exchanges.
His teammate Dele Alli was banned for three matches for a punch into the midriff of West Brom’s Claudio Yacob last week.
But with Tottenham facing a must-win game to stay alive in the title race, Chelsea are more than happy to play the role of spoiler.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino stepped onto the pitch at one point to separate left back Danny Rose and Chelsea’s Willian in the first half, and later admitted the intensity had got to some players.
“It is shocking”, Carragher said on Sky Sports. “That’s the end of Dembele’s season, there is no doubt about that”.
